Products

Our fragrances are original Moratiwa Scents compositions. Where a product is described as "inspired by" a designer fragrance, it is our own interpretation of that scent profile — it is not the designer product and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any designer house or trademark owner.

Fragrance performance varies with skin chemistry, climate and how it is applied. Bottle photography is illustrative.

Prices and payment

All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order. Payment is taken by Yoco on a secure hosted checkout page. Your order is only confirmed once payment succeeds — an order left in "Pending" has not been paid.

Stock

Stock levels shown on the site are updated as orders are paid. In the rare case that an item sells out between your order and dispatch, we will contact you to offer a replacement or a full refund.

Delivery

We deliver nationwide via courier, PAXI and Pargo. Delivery is free on orders over R700. Typical delivery is 2–5 working days for main centres and up to 7 working days for outlying areas. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees — courier delays outside our control do not entitle you to cancel a dispatched order, but we will always help you trace a parcel.

You can follow your order at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Loyalty points and coupons

Moratiwa points are earned on paid orders and redeem at R0.10 per point, up to a maximum of 50% of an order subtotal. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be forfeited if an order is refunded. Coupon codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity on your account. Let us know immediately if you think your account has been accessed by someone else. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Liability

Fragrance is for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction over any dispute.
