Who we are

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address and phone number when you register or check out.
• Delivery details — the street address, city and postal code (or pickup point) you give us so we can ship your order.
• Order history — the products you buy, order totals, loyalty points and any discount codes used.
• Payment reference only — we never see or store your card number. Card details are entered on Yoco's secure hosted checkout; we only store the payment reference Yoco returns so we can match your payment to your order.
• Messages — anything you send us through the contact form or WhatsApp.

Why we use it

We use your information to process and deliver orders, to let you track an order, to run the loyalty programme, to respond to support requests, and to keep records required by South African tax and consumer law. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary with the service providers that keep the store running: our payment processor (Yoco) to take payment, our courier partners to deliver your parcel, and our hosting and database provider to store the site's data. Each processes your information on our instruction.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for five years, as required by South African tax legislation. Account and marketing details are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable period. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Cookies and site data

We store your cart, wishlist and login session in your browser so the site works across visits. Clearing your browser storage removes them.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, payments are handled on Yoco's PCI-compliant hosted checkout, and access to customer records is restricted to authorised staff accounts. No online service can promise absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
